Jarad A. Higgins, commonly known as Juice Wrld, he has battled with drug addiction before his tragic death. This was revealed by his mother, Carmella Wallace, published on December 12. “We loved Jarad with all of our hearts and cannot believe our time with him has been cut short,” she began. “As he often addressed in his music and to his fans, Jarad battled with prescription drug dependency.” The juice was just 21-years-old at the time of his death.
The rapper died at the age of 21 on December 8, having a seizure at Chicago’s Midway Airport. The rapper was on a private flight from LA to Chicago at the time.
The rapper had rapped about drugs in some of his most famous songs but could not keep himself away from him. His mother shared that his son never wanted to promote drugs; however, he tried to help those battling addiction. “knows no boundaries, and its impact goes way beyond the person fighting it. She said, “Jarad was a son, brother, grandson, friend, and so much more to so many people who wanted more than anything to see him defeat addiction.”
His mother is even hoping that the tragic story of his son will help others to fight drugs. She also revealed that his son always wanted to help people fighting drugs.
