Is Stranger Things Season 4 On Netflix?

Stranger Things season 3 expired in the summer of 2019 and has been a massive hit. Netflix immediately restored the series for season 4 and announced the news a few months later. Since that time, fans have been waiting – rather impatiently, I might add – for Stranger Things season 4.

Well, it has been almost two decades since we watched the season, and there are still no sign of Stranger Things season 4 coming to Netflix anytime soon.

What gives? Where’s Stranger Things season 4? When is your Stranger Things season 4 release date?

Is Stranger Things Season 4 On Netflix?

Unfortunately, no, but that’s the only bad news about Stranger Things you’ll find here!

Stranger Things season 4 is still in the works. It’s been verified, and not cancelled or anything similar to that.

Stranger Things Season 4

This week, David Harbour shared a video from his trailer on the set of season 4. The cast and crew are hard at work on the new season, so what’s taking so long?

As you might have discovered from Netflix’s new releases, there aren’t too many renowned exhibits returning for new seasons in the first, really, half of 2021, and that’s simply because production was postponed as long. The pandemic caused production stoppages all over the world.

Of the shows affected, Stranger Things was hit fairly hard. Generation on season 4 began at early 2020 with a number of their cast, crew, and the creative team heading into Lithuania. They came back and started filming season 4 at Atlanta in February or March 2020. Then, production shut down mid-March and remained that way until, like, the autumn of 2020. We can’t say when exactly things got going officially, but it looks like it had been late September or early October that some of the cast and crew started working again.

So, that is the principal reason Stranger Things season 4 is not on Netflix. The work and pandemic stoppage threw a significant wrench in the gears. And, since, things just have not been the same. There are restrictions for how many individuals may be close together in scenes together and away from the camera. There’s regular testing to the crew and cast for your virus.

Gaten Matarazzo, who stars as Dustin, recently told fans that things are moving more slowly than normal. That filming was considerably different with unsure scheduling.

Caleb McLaughlin, who stars as Lucas, recently told Teen Vogue that scenes are being filmed manner from an order because they can not movie scenes with extras or big groups.

“Everything is backward due to Covid. When there are a scene with extras, we can not film with everybody at this time. We’ve got to just film scenes where there are fewer individuals, thus we have to begin from a later episode. We won’t begin at episode one, we will start at episode five.”

To put it differently, it is possible to blame the pandemic to be the reason Stranger Things season 4 isn’t on Netflix. And, because matters were delayed so long, it is not looking like we’ll get to see Stranger Things season 4 much before the conclusion of 2021, if at all this year.
