Sansa Stark and Margaery Tyrell were good queens in a world filled with terrible leaders. But who do you think is the best between the two?
Both were two of the better queens in HBO’s Game of thrones. Cersei Lannister and Daenerys Targaryen both descended the role of Mad Queen by the show’s controversial finale. Sansa and Maragery, however, were depicted as fair rulers throughout their stints with leadership and proved themselves to be capable queens.
1- Margaery: One of the smartest people to play the series
The character displayed intelligence and resilience to do whatever was necessary for the House Tyrell, and that had made her a powerful player in the series.
2- Sansa Stark: the only queen to survive the series
The character of Sansa is the only queen/female who was left alive by the end of the series. Margaery dies in the sixth season when Cersei blows up the Sept of Baelor.
3- Margaery: People adored her
Olenna Tyrell tells Daenerys in the seventh season that her granddaughter, Margaery, was the most beloved queen in the seven kingdoms. Well, this wasn’t untruthful.
4- Sansa Stark: Managing Winterfell
Sansa proves herself as a capable Lady Of Winterfell and also a promising queen in the North in the seventh season. Jon Snow journeys south to Dragonstone to meet with Daenerys. He leaves Sansa in charge of Winterfell, and then she flourishes in her new position.
5- Margaery: manipulated Joffrey
Margaery succeeds where Sansa fails in the third season. The Tyrell queen quickly gathers information about her new husband and then modifies her behavior to reflect his wishes. The character slowly begins to manipulate the vicious boy king.
6- Sansa: survived the odds
The character of Sansa has her power as a highborn lady of House Stark stripped from her by the Lannisters. The Northern hostage struggles to endure Joffrey’s cruelty whilst in King’s Landing, but she survives against all the odds and escapes with her Ser Dontos in the fourth season.
