GAME OF THRONES is widely regarded to have ended with a fizzle rather than a bang. Following its controversial finale, some of the stars revealed that they were disappointed.
During the previous season of Game of Thrones, 1 star did not just stay silent in their disdain for how the HBO epic wrapped up. Now, they’ve addressed another issue fans had with the show’ minutes.
Recently announced spin-off House of the Dragon is the place to trace the lineage of the Mother of Dragons herself, Daenerys Targaryen.
The coronavirus pandemic has set a halt on a huge number of shows.
The prequel show was meant to be set hundreds of years before the original eight-year version of George R. R. Martin’s saga of fantasy books.
However, for a long time with the terrible taste of Game of Thrones’ unsatisfactory finale in their mouths, fans might be waiting amid the Covid-19 crisis.
Game of Thrones: Jon Snow escaped the final battle unscathed
Series star Emilia Clarke was observed sarcastically calling season eight of the”greatest ever” having an awkward look to the camera during media for the newest episode of Game of Thrones.
She has come out with issues she had with the epic series’ hurdles.
In an interview with the Times she revealed: “Yeah, I felt for her. I truly believed for [Daenerys] yeah, was I annoyed that Jon Snow did not need to deal with something, and her? He got away with murder — literally.”
Many fans were upset by Dany’s heel to turn when she fell to madness and burnt King’s Landing into the ground.
Game of Thrones: Jon Snow returned into the property of the Free Folk
On the other hand, the morality of Game of Thrones has always been complex, and others believed it was strange when Jon Snow (Kit Harington) was able to escape the battle with minimal consequence.
Snow abandoned his responsibilities by the end of the series, returning into the snowy tundra where he first met the Folk.
Clarke felt Snow should have confronted some consequences for murdering her character.
The show is well known for killing off major characters.
Although, this speedy and unexpected deaths constantly demonstrated to have a ripple effect, with every maneuver met with significant consequences for the figures.
The ironclad logic of this series was abandoned by showrunners David Benioff and D. B. Weiss in the last seasons.
A whole lot of fans thought the issues arose when the show was forced to overtake George R. R. Martin’s original books.
A further episode, titled The Winds of Winter, has failed to surface after a few decades. Now the show is over, Emilia might have to reside with the ambiguities of the finale.
Unless, of course, House of the Dragon proves fans plead for more spin-offs to explore the history of Westeros.
Alternatively, subscribers of Game of Thrones’ committed network of fans are waiting to hopefully set things right.
