Here’s all you need to know about Euphoria Season 2:
Euphoria is an American teen drama web television series created by Sam Levinson for HBO. It is based on the Israeli miniseries of the same name. Euphoria first released in June of 2019 and has been extremely popular and controversial.
The show deals with delicate issues such as depression, drug issues, sexual insecurities, and violence. In the first season of the show, we are introduced to our troubled protagonist, Rue who is a drug addict. Even though she’s freshly out of rehab, she has no plans of staying clean.
Apart from Rue, we are introduced to another troubled teenager. While some try hard to balance their lives others seem to have given up and indulge in substance abuse.
We are introduced to Jules, a transgender girl searching for an identity, Nate, a jock with sexual insecurities that add to his anger issues, Chris, the popular footballers who find the transition from high school to college harder than he expected, Cassie, who’s sexual history continue to haunt you and Kat, a body-conscious teen who tries to explore her sexuality.
In the finale episode of the series, we see Rue parting ways with Jules at the train station. She decided to go under the influence of drugs to ease the pain. In another segment of the episode, we see her interacting with her father.
It makes us wonder, did Rue die? Given the fact that her father died when she was young. However there’s no need to worry in an interview with Hollywood Life, Zendaya confirmed that she will be back for the second season. Thus we anticipate that we might get a good look at Rue’s childhood in season two.
