Enola Holmes is an American mystery drama that is directed by Harry Bradbeer. Enola Holmes is portrayed as the sister of already popular Sherlock Holmes. The film is based upon a series of novels written by Nancy Springer.
The movie was released on September 23, 2020, on Netflix. The protagonist of the story Millie Bobby Brown (who played Enola Holmes), was appreciated by the critics for her brilliant acting skills.
The Plot Of The Film
The story revolves around Enola Holmes, who is a girl with a free spirit. She loves her mother the most. On her 16th birthday, she finds that her mother has disappeared, leaving her some birthday gifts. Her elder brother Mycroft finds her troublesome and hence wishes to send her to a finishing school.
Enola escapes from her home to find her mother disguised as a boy. On her way, she meets Tewkesbury, who has also escaped from his house and is hiding from some people who are after him. She continues the journey and struggles a lot until she finds her mother.

The Ending Of Enola Holmes
Towards the end of the movie, we see that Enola disguise herself as a newspaper boy and, her brother tends to give up on her. When she returns to her lodgings and finds someone waiting for her, it is her mother. She finds her eternal happiness after seeing her.
Her mother told her the reason for her sudden escape, and she learned that Eudora was a member of a militant suffrage group.
She left for a secret mission to make the world a better place for women that included Enola. She said it was not safe. Eudora was involved in some dangerous affairs that had some business with explosives and combat.
Coming to Tewkesbury, after a great chase we found that Tewkesbury’s grandmother wanted him to be dead and she sent the assassins after him because she didn’t want the Reform act to be passed. She believed that women should have a limited say in the House of Lords and that is why she also got her son killed.
