The Mexican-American fan-favourite performer Chuy Bravo took his last breath at Saturday night and left the world at the age of 63. He left no stones unturned in entertaining his fans by his super talk show Chelsea Lately.
Chelsea Lately was not just a talk show for Chuy, for him it was a journey. Chuy had worked on Chelsea Lately from its 2007 debut until 2014 when it finally ended after 8 successful seasons. Chuy got a tribute by Chelsea on his birthday which was in the previous month where they wrote, “Happy Birthday to my OG Nugget @chuybravo,”.
His friends and closed ones have shared their condolences on social media. Chelsea Lately writer and comedienne Heather McDonald took on Instagram to share,” I don’t have many details but we are finding now. Please keep his family in your prayers and remember all the laughs and joy he brought to so many of us.#chuybravorip.
Chuy was always close to the audience due to his comic sense which left people burst into laughter. The audience was always enthralled by him. He was always thankful to Chelsea.
Chuy was born in Mexico and immigrated to the United States as a teenager. And in 2007 he joined Chelsea Lately and won millions of hearts in the 8 seasons.
He died suddenly at the age of 63 on Saturday night which left his friends, families and fans in deep shock and grief.
