The Emmy award-winning actor and director took to Twitter to deal with the narrative.
“Reports of my Quick and Furiosness are greatly exaggerated,” Stiller wrote. “Meaning not in any way accurate, sadly. Though I wish them well with the franchise. Fingers crossed it takes off.”
Stiller reasoned his conversation at the source of the rumor together with #PageSixIsAmazing and the, a dig. Fans reacted with disappointment to Stiller’s refusal, trusting that he’d become part of the show eventually.

“You will find out, however, Han is a really special character for me personally,” Director Justin Lin informed MTV. “He has been kind of a particular character during, and if I left [Fast & Furious 6], we sort of abandoned together. One reason for me to return was to bring him back again. I had been at a Q&A to get a movie and a person from the crowd said they were perplexed about what occurred. It kind of got in my mind and motivated me if we are gonna continue ought to have justice for Han, for certain.”
