It’s time to brace yourself, American Horror Story is back with a new season! Devoted fans know this show is one of a kind, from mysterious murder stories, asylums, and even the chance of a possible apocalypse, American Horror Story has covered it all. The show’s popularity is such that FX renewed Ryan Murphy’s flagship for a tenth season back in 2018!
Rumour has it that despite the show’s massive success, the 10th season of the show might be ” it”! FX Network CEO John Landgraf revealed to Deadline that the future of the show depends entirely on its creators, ” It comes down to whether Ryan and his collaborators, like Tim Minear, could come up with stories that they are excited about”.
Although FX has not officially confirmed the theme of what might be the final season, it’s anticipated that we will have a closer look at 1984, mostly to confirm if there’s any foreshadowing in the latest season. We can’t deny that fans have been wanting to see aliens from season two and this might be a good time to do it. As we already know that at the end of the Asylum, Kit Walker was taken away by the aliens, leaving behind two children with extraterrestrial DNA. They grow up and become extremely successful but the show is yet to depict an ending, aside from some references to Apocalypse.
The cast of the show :
As revealed by Murphy earlier in February, Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe, and Kathy Bates will return for the 10th season. The cast will also be joined by Billie Lourd, Leslie Grossman, Finn Wittrock, Adina Poter, Angelica Ross, and Macaulay Culkin.
When can we see the 10th season of the show :
From what we have gathered, production hasn’t begun on the sets of American Horror Story. Moreover given the current outbreak of the Cold-19 ( Corona Virus), it might be a while before we see the show in action!
