One of the more compelling storylines from the first season Altered Carbon is Kovacs and Poe’s budding bromance. It was uncertain for a while that if Poe would even survive after he sacrificed himself to save his friends.

Now that we know he is back and thanks to a reveal in the official season 2 trailer and a casting announcement from Netflix. We wanted to know if the dynamic duo’s relationship will evolve with Anthony Mackie’s version of Kovacs taking over for Kinnaman.

In the second season of the show, the stakes between them get even higher because Kovacs is depending on Poe to help him find Quell, but on the other hand, Poe is suffering from a glitch in his system that makes him more unreliable than before.

Schapker refers to Kovacs and Poe as a kind of an odd couple but they have an undeniably symbiotic relationship even if Kovacs probably would not admit it to anyone.

One can also check out Poe and Kovacs in action when the second season of Altered Carbon premieres on Thursday, Feb 27th, 2020.

Well, let us hope the best for the entire team and wish them success for their show. We hope that the show is a huge success.
