It was known long ago that the third season of the series was in the pipeline. Now that the trailer is out, fans are boiling with even more excitement.

Retsuko, the protagonist of the series, once again finds herself dealing with all sorts of new problems. She now is suddenly short on cash. Her new job is also making her face all sorts of challenges.
Due to numerous new debts, Retsuko now has to balance her already stressful work and a new night job. In these adventures, she comes across new characters. One of the new characters coming in the third season is a flashy and charismatic businessman named Seiya.

The third season of this anime series will hit the screens on August 27, 2020, on Netflix. It was announced long ago by the streaming platform that the first two seasons of the series had become so popular that a third season was announced. The series centers around Retsuko, an adorable 25-year old and single red panda. She works in her dream accounting department of a Japanese trading firm. Facing constant frustration every day from pushy superiors and annoying co-workers, Retsuko lets out her emotions by going to a karaoke bar every night and singing death metal.
After five years of working, Retsuko’s unhappiness causes her to undergo a series of events that put her job in ruins, forcing her to shift her relationships with her co-workers. Due to this sudden change, her life ends up changing in unexpected ways. She then turns to marriage as a way to get out of work. But this option too does not bring in the results she was hoping for. Her life continues to have problems
The Series So Far
The character of Retsuko first appeared in a series of animated shorts by Fanworks. These aired on TBS Television between 2016 and 2018. In December 2017, Netflix announced an original series, with Rarecho returning as director and writer at Fanworks.
